Memories from the Scotland walking trip - 2002
As can be seen from the photograph this expedition was a f*****g
disaster.
Only 'Ratboy' and myself attended this years event as Terence was still
receiving extensive plastic surgery after the previous years sunburn.
Day 1 on the Mamores was a wet, windy, ankle spraining affair which saw the
end of the weeks activities for myself. We returned home after only 3 days.
This is the only image worth showing from this expedition.
This is a scene from the Aonach Mor Gondola path showing a valley between
the Aonachs and Carn Mor Dearg.
The highlight of the 3 days was being mistaken for coach drivers whilst
surrounded by pensioners from Germany, Yorkshire, Wales and London in the
Alexandra Hotel, Fort William.
